Specialising in working with amateur speakers with early stage ideas – our development programmes consistently produced industry leading new ideas and leaders – who went on to speak on the internationally acclaimed TEDx stage, and gain 8million+ views collectively on TED.com
Our programmes are designed based on insights gained from Intimate research interviews with innovators, leaders, and speakers; exploring both the practical, mental and emotional journey of developing and communicating ideas with impact.

Founder and coach
Liù Batchelor
LVB Creative was founded by Liù Batchelor – a communication coach, TV presenter, TEDx speaker, and media producer with 18+ years experience.
She has an academic background in design engineering and project management, combined with industry experience in entrepreneurship, creative thinking, advertising, community engagement, and sustainability.
As a TV presenter she’s utilised her communication experience fronting TV shows airing on Sky, Amazon Prime Video, as well as appearances on BBC. She’s presented live and online campaigns for Ford, Nike and Kent Wildlife Trust.
