The new way; safe and ‘sticky’ experiential learning

If you want to change how people communicate, you have to start by communicating in a different way.

My approach to group presentation and verbal communication training embeds psychological safety within actionable and memorable experiential learning.

This approach enables each individual to pragmatically explore, identify, and refine the communication approaches which uniquely work best for them.

It prioritises identifying the value of the message and impact on the audience – ahead of frivolous delivery ‘performance’.

And it establishes an iterative framework through which continuous improvement can be embedded day-to-day within communication and presentations, for long-term application and impact.

The results?

Short-term; enhanced verbal communication agility, adaptability, and openness to feedback; creating leaders out of speakers

Long-term; a new communication culture for your team and your business!

“We used this framework during our speaker development programme at TEDxFolkestone for 4 years; culminating in audience feedback scores of 9.7/10, x3 of our talks TED’s ‘Talk of the Day’, and an total of 8million+ views” – Caroline – Project Manager

The process was seamless and didn’t feel like a process – a true hallmark of excellence.  It helped me unlock my voice by stripping away the veneer that dominates much of my communication” – Layla, Risk Manager
