1-to1 support is always tailored to you specific needs – and can be delivered as either bespoke programs, monthly support, or ad-hoc sessions.

Overview
This 2hr private 1:1 session, plus 2 weeks of 1:1 online support/feedback, is ideal if you want to start using video – but want to develop a strategy for why and how to do so in a way that benefits your customers and your business, feels natural and authentic, and is efficient and sustainable to maintain long term.
What’s included
- 2 hour 1-to-1 private session with me
- 2 weeks of personal support/feedback via whatsapp/online
- Review of all 4 elements of video; strategy, messaging, presenting, production
- No pressure to film anything or be on camera during the session
- Develop an aligned strategy and personalised plan
- Confidence/focus to be able to get started with video following the session (for some people this session is all the support they need)
Itinerary
In the 2 hour session we’ll cover;
- What’s holding you back or causing cringe/concern/uncertainty about using video
- What your wider marketing and business goals are, and role video could play within this
- Why you want to use video and how it will benefit your customers and business (your strategy)
- What you want to say and to whom (your message)
- How to feel natural on camera (your presenting style)
- What and how to produce videos – in a way that is achievable and sustainable (your production workflow)
- Develop a personalised plan based on removing what doesn’t work for you and aligning with what is natural, easy and effective for your business

- Clarity, confidence, and alignment with video style which feels natural and authentic
- Highly aligned strategy of how you want to use video, in a way that benefits your business
- Personalised plan for next steps, any further support needed and if/how we can work together going forward

Bespoke 1-to-1 programmes
A bespoke, focused programme, designed to address specific challenges in more depth (such as message development or strategic planning) and/or practical training to get comfortable on camera and to learn specific video production skills and processes.
Popular packages: 2hrs planning, 2hours training, practical exercises to practice independently, personalised online feedback on demand, and 1hour learning review and update to strategy/plan)
In-person filming support & learning
Half or full day of in-person filming support; producing a specific video output(s), while you also learn the repeatable process to be able to produce yourself long-term
Ongoing monthly mentoring
Ongoing monthly mentoring; providing coaching and accountability as you put your plans into actions, as your strategy and skills evolve, and to address any concerns or ‘cringe’ as it arises.
Ad hoc sessions
If you decide to work independently, I can be available to deliver ad-hoc sessions; to support with anything from specific technical questions, to work through messaging for a specific video project, and/or to address any internal blocks or procrastination which stops you moving forward.
